New CLOCS Standard

The CCLG is a strategic partner of CLOCS and is pleased to announce that the standard has been updated and Version 5 is now available.

The CLOCS Standard is a set of requirements for all stakeholders to help ensure safer, leaner and greener construction logistics. It demands collaboration between the construction and fleet sectors to address shared issues and draws together best practice to provide an industry standard that can be implemented by all.

CLOCS is the National Standard for ensuring the safest construction vehicle journeys, reducing risk to vulnerable road users, improving air quality and congestion, and driving operational efficiencies.

CLOCS was formed in 2012 by Transport for London to address the increasing and disproportionate problem of construction related fatalities and serious injuries caused by construction traffic.
